My friend Viki was over last night-we we're defrosting cheescake-it said 3 hours on the box but half an hour-3 hours-what's the difference? Mine was oh-so-beautiful-should-of-been-in-Lloyd-Grossman's-cookbook-whereas Viki's was a complete MESS. Looked like it had already been digested-pfft.
Back to school tommorrow-what joy. My birthday is now over and there is no fun in my life again. Well-I am going to Menorca in like 3 weeks but like-that's 3 weeks away people!! I may throw a party....
